The Rambling Thoughts of Home.

Ahh. After being at college for three months,I can officially say- I am ready to just go home. There is just something about a real home that makes everything else in the world seem different when you miss your home, your bed,and most of all REAL sweet tea, but I won't get into that.Anyway, the phrase "there is no place like home"may seem like a total cliche, but it really is true. I mean I was SO ready to get out on my on andjust get to college and live my own- three months later,I just want to go back to my home and relax.I even miss my mom yelling at me! [ Ok. I'm not THAT home sick:)].I miss the nice southern feel you get in Georgia. There is just no other place quite like the south, and it is AWESOME! Anyway, I just want to see all of my friends and my kitty.Imiss my kittums so much its pathetic :).Well, that is my ramblings for now,but I really am ready for Thanksgiving. Ahhh..but that is another whole subject in itself!

Christmas Music

Why is it that Whenever November comes around, everyone thinks it is automatically ok to play Christmas music? Christmas music id for CHRISTMAS,not anytime of the year. It is for a special event..Christmas. It does not seem rational to play " Its beginning to look alot like Christmas"in July. July..it is VERY a very hot and steamy month since it IS summer. Christmas is cold and in DECEMBER ( a winter month)..therefore it does not look anything like Christmas or feel like Christmas in July. Christmas music should only be played after Thanksgiving. It may not be that close to Christmas, but at least one is not so sick and tired of Christmas music by the time the big day actually DOES come around that one doesn't even want to listen to Christmas music. I mean seriously people..you may think that I'm a grinch, but its not even close to Christmas. The day after Thanksgiving, I will be the top dog Christmas spirit people, but until then. leave Christmas music for CHRISTMAS since that is what it is made for!!!!
